What counts as a "page"?
One page of a statement PDF you upload equals one page of usage — a 3-page statement uses 3 pages of your monthly allowance, whether it converts to 5 rows or 500.
What happens if I go over my monthly page allowance?
The free plan simply stops at 10 pages/month. Pro (500 pages/mo included, then $0.10 per page · API + MCP · batch to 25) and Scale (5,000 pages/mo included, then $0.05 per page · 600/min · batch to 200) meter overage per page instead of hard-stopping, so a busy month doesn't break your workflow.
What's the difference between Pro and Scale?
Pro fits a bookkeeper, accountant or small team converting statements regularly, plus the API and accounting-app exports. Scale is for lenders, platforms and agent products parsing statements at volume — higher throughput, more batch headroom and an uptime SLA.
Do I need a paid plan to use the API?

Do you offer refunds?
We don't issue partial-month refunds except where required by law, but you can cancel anytime from billing settings and keep paid access through the period you've already paid for.
